Crashes on two Perth freeways are proving to be a headache for motorists travelling on both sides of the river on Wednesday. Main Roads reported an accident on the Mitchell Freeway northbound after Hutton Street in Osborne park about 5:12pm. The right lane has been partially shut as towing services attend the scene. Motorists are urged to drive carefully in the area as traffic is still heavy on approach. A planned fishing rally from Port Beach to Perth has sparked traffic mayhem as more than 150 cars and boats on trailers turned out to protest the State’s controversial fishing bans. A rare shark pairing has been sighted off Western Australia’s coastline, according to a documentary filmmaker who has been tracking the duo.
